The City of Baker's Inspection Department provides the following services to the community: property information, including but not limited to, lot numbers, subdivisions, lot dimensions, and addresses; building inspections; permits; licensing of contractors; occupancy inspections; zoning clearance; zoning information; flood zone determinations; home occupancy permits; culvert information; as well as investigating/acting on reported violations of City ordinances turned over by citizens.
